Key Expired or Loader Closes Automatically

Problem

The loader closes immediately after launching.

Possible Causes

• An old key file is still stored on the system
• Missing required dependencies (Visual C++ or DirectX)

Solution

Step 1 — Install Required Dependencies

Make sure the following are installed:

• Visual C++ Redistributable (All-in-One):

• DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010):

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109

Restart your computer after installation.

Step 2 — Remove Old Key Files

1. Navigate to: C:\Windows
2. Locate and delete any old key files
3. Restart the loader
